Super great Italian (I think) cartoon that ran on TV when I was a kid. A lesson in simplicity, design (I butchered the beautiful thick-and-thin line here, but hey, it's a "sketch", right, hehe) and awesome comedic timing.
The Swedish title means "Linus on the line", but I think the original is called "La Linia".
